How to reach us

By car

From the Firenze Nord Exit
Follow the signs for the city center (centro). When you get to Fortezza da Basso, take Viale Spartaco Lavagnini and turn right at the first traffic light on Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria. After the square with trees (Piazza Indipendenza), Via Nazionale starts, our hotel is on the left at number 24 black.

From the Firenze Sud Exit
Follow the signs for the center. Once you get to Piazza della Libertà take Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico: at the first traffic light turn left on Via Poliziano and continue until you get to Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria and reach the square with all the trees (Piazza Indipendenza) that marks the beginning of Via Nazionale; our hotel is on the left at number 24 black.

By train

From Santa Maria Novella train station you can reach the Hotel Kursaal & Ausonia:

• by taxi (available outside the station)
• on foot:

1. Leave the station through the exit on the left (by track no. 16)
2. Cross the street and turn right on the sidewalk
3. Turn left on Largo Fratelli Alinari and continue on Via Nazionale
4. Hotel Kursaal & Ausonia is located at number 24 black (about a 10 minute walk from the station)

By plane

To get to Hotel Kursaal & Ausonia from Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci airport you can take:

• a taxi
• the shuttle bus that leaves every 30 minutes and stops in front of Santa Maria Novella train station. From the station you can reach the hotel by taxi or on foot. (See “By Train” directions).

The hotel reception, located on the third floor of the building, is easily reached with the small elevator.
